the location is super. there are many famous restaurants on that road, and i loved the lively bars. we spoke with locals using google translate until 3 am. the staff were helpful and were very good.

the sheets were not perfectly crisp. i think it might be because of the washing process.

The hotel is close to shibuya mark city. we took the airport bus to haneda airport from there. shibuya station is also nearby. This location is convenient for transportation and exploring.

the room included a kitchenette with a microwave and sink it was very useful. the hotel offered free umbrellas for use during wet weather this was a nice touch.

i found strands of hair under the duvet cover i worried about cleanliness. the hotel did not provide coffee or tea in the room i had to get it from a machine downstairs.

I found the in-room washer and dryer very useful. Free detergent was provided. The hotel is close to Shibuya. One subway stop made transit easy. A quieter area ensured a safe and quiet setting near many restaurants. I also appreciated the pay option to ship luggage directly to the airport.

The hallways had an unusual smell and the bathroom in my room had a slight moldy odor. I booked a Superior Double Room. It had a frosted window. This window seemed to be the smallest.

The staff were helpful. There was also a nice coffee machine in the lobby.

Kitchen utensils were quite basic. I found this limiting. I also thought the location was a bit far from the station. It was a considerable walk. Rooms were not cleaned daily, and this impacted the overall experience negatively.

I found some issues that bothered me . The pillows felt soft, offering very little support. It resulted in discomfort and restless nights. I also noticed a persistent cigarette smell in the room, despite its non-smoking status. This issue was pretty distracting and detracted from my overall experience. A better odour control would improve the stay.
